Pacific Coast Contractors provides residential construction, custom aluminum patio covers, enclosed patio sunrooms, 4-season sunrooms, concrete pouring, site demolition, and exterior painting. All services are governed by a written, signed California Home Improvement Contract (HIC) between Pacific Coast Contractors and the client prior to project commencement.
Any cost projections, visual designs, or estimate calculators on this website or discussed verbally are projections only. Final pricing is strictly based on our physical, on-site measurements, setback verifications, and engineering requirements, which are outlined in our formal written proposals.
Unless explicitly written otherwise in the project contract, Pacific Coast Contractors coordinates the submittal of site layouts and engineering calculations to local building departments for permit approval. HOA guidelines, submittals, and approvals remain the sole responsibility of the property owner, though we can provide structural drawings to assist you.
Property owners must provide our crews with access to the work site, electrical outlets, and water hookups during construction days. Work areas must be kept clear of pets, children, and personal items. We are not responsible for moving or protecting personal property left in the construction path.
All project progress payments and deposits are outlined in the signed home improvement contract, adhering strictly to California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) guidelines. Work balances are due promptly upon project milestone or final construction walkthrough completions.
