Warranty & Cancellation Policy

1. California Home Improvement Contract Cancellation (3-Day Right)

In accordance with California CSLB regulations, property owners have the right to cancel any signed Home Improvement Contract without penalty within three (3) business days of signing. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to aidan@pacificcoastcontractors.us or delivered to our mailing address before midnight of the third business day.

2. Custom Material Ordering and Restocking

Because aluminum patio cover structures and sunroom framing are custom fabricated to your home's exact dimensions, any cancellation requested after the three-day grace period is subject to a 15% material restocking and handling fee charged by our aluminum extrusion mills and manufacturers.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

Pacific Coast Contractors stands behind our structural work. We provide a **workmanship warranty** on all concrete pours, framing, painting, and aluminum cover anchoring. We build to last, ensuring correct drainage slopes, anchoring depths, and joint seals.

4. Aluminum Material Lifetime Finish Warranty

Our aluminum patio covers features a baked-on enamel finish designed to resist peeling, cracking, fading, and chalking under the intense California sun. This material finish carries a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Should any material fail, we coordinate the warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.

5. Warranty Service Requests

To request a warranty inspection or service walkthrough, please email your original signed contract details, descriptions, and photos of the area to aidan@pacificcoastcontractors.us. A technician will follow up to inspect the issue.
